Local 371 was issued a Charter on August 2, 1933 which allows it to function as an affiliate of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters.

 Serving the Iowa-Illinois Quad Cities and surrounding communities, Local 371 is committed to its membership  through negotiating strong contracts and providing the finest of representation. The members of Local 371 enjoy better pay, benefits, job security, and working conditions than their non-union counterparts. The Officers and Business Agents of Local 371 are all elected by the membership.
